About the Course
Join us for an exciting underwater journey as we explore the vibrant, action-packed world of coral reefs! Often called the rainforests of the sea, these incredible ecosystems are home to nearly 30% of all ocean life. Our young scientists-in-training will uncover the secrets of corals—did you know they’re actually animals?—while discovering the fascinating plants and creatures that share their home. Along the way, we’ll learn to identify different types of coral, explore reefs from around the world, and even build our own reef ecosystem. The adventure doesn’t stop there! We’ll top it all off with a snorkeling expedition led by real marine scientists, where we’ll get an up-close look at coral reefs in our own backyard! Get ready to dive in, explore, and make a splash in this unforgettable ocean adventure!
